Fees
This section provides details about the financial responsibilities of each delegation participating in the [FISU World University Championship in [sport]]. All delegations are expected to comply with the conditions below and respect the official payment deadlines defined by FISU and the Organising Committee.
Participant registrationTravel Costs
CoEach country is responsible for covering the cost of travel for its delegation to and from the nearest official point of entry (airport or other), approved by the FISU Championships Department.
Participation Fees
a) Upon arrival, participating countries must pay participation fees of [80 EUR] per night per person to the Organising Committee, in accordance with FISU Regulations (Art. 4.3 & 5.4).
- For team sports: a deposit per team (defined in the sport’s technical regulations) must be paid to FISU five months before the event.
- For individual sports: a 50% prepayment of the participation fees must be made to the Organising Committee three months in advance. The remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival.
- The Organising Committee may accept payment in local currency at the official exchange rate.
b) Any partial or full withdrawal not communicated at least two weeks before the start of the event may incur charges of [80 EUR per night per person].
c) Payment of the participation fee is mandatory. Delegations refusing to pay will be excluded from the competition and will not receive accreditation.
FISU Registration Fees
FISU will charge the following registration fees per athlete and official:
- Effective FISU member associations: [20 EUR] per athlete and official (if all membership fees are up to date)
- Other associations: [40 EUR] per athlete and official
FISU registration fees will be invoiced to the NUSF at the end of the Championship season.
Each Head of Delegation must sign the invoice to confirm the number of participants and acknowledge receipt.
